It is not a substitute for a professional in-person assessment of your dog. Every dog is different, and no training information should be applied to a dog with a bite history or aggression without professional supervision. Enquiries and bookings Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a training agreement. Training services begin only once we have discussed your dog’s needs, agreed on a program, and you have accepted our client service agreement. Training services are governed by a separate agreement These website terms do not govern our training services. The specific terms of any program you purchase — including scope, scheduling, pricing, cancellation, safety requirements, and our satisfaction guarantee — are set out in the client service agreement provided when you book. Where these website terms and that agreement differ, the client service agreement controls. Any guarantee we advertise applies according to the terms stated in that agreement. Nothing on this page limits or withdraws a guarantee we have offered you. Safety and assumption of risk Working with dogs — particularly dogs exhibiting aggression, reactivity, or a bite history — involves inherent risk of injury to people and animals. Clients are responsible for following the handling, containment, and safety instructions we provide, for complying with applicable leash and licensing laws, and for maintaining appropriate insurance where required. Specific safety obligations are detailed in the client service agreement. Results Behavioral outcomes depend on many factors, including the dog’s history and temperament and the owner’s consistency in applying training between sessions. We commit to professional, diligent work; we cannot warrant a specific behavioral outcome except as expressly stated in your client service agreement. Intellectual property All content on this site — text, images, video, logos, and the Take the Lee’d name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
